About Us

After being made redundant from a senior management role, I knew I didn’t want to return to an office environment that no longer brought me joy. My true passion had always been my dogs — nothing made me happier than being outdoors with them, roaming the countryside.

The thought of leaving my own dogs in kennels was heartbreaking: cold, impersonal, and lacking the love they deserved. I relied on a dog walker while working long hours, but I always felt guilty knowing they needed more care and companionship. That experience made me realise there must be other dog owners who felt the same — wanting reassurance that their beloved pets were safe, loved, and well cared for in their absence.
 

That’s how Moochy Poochy was born: a service built on empathy, trust, and genuine love for dogs.
 

I am CRB checked and hold qualifications in Dog First Aid & CPR, Dog Anatomy, Agility, Training, and Grooming. These skills, combined with my personal experience and dedication, ensure every dog in my care receives not only affection but also professional, knowledgeable support.
